Fourth of July Menu

Two links for your fourth–these are what I always make for this holiday, and since I have very few opportunities to make “holiday centric” food, I relish these. And I found my pie plate, so the pie is a go!

These are both from The Pioneer Woman, although the Pasta Salad is from Barefoot Contessa (which means it’s probably in one of my books, but I found it on PW’s site)

Sundried tomato pasta salad (makes a LOT! But makes great leftovers!)

Raspberry Cream Pie. (A pie for 99 degree weather, which we have here. No baking. Freezing. It’s heavenly!)
